ETI was founded in 2002 with a mission to provide preeminent educational,
counseling, and employment services throughout the Oklahoma City metropolitan
area.

- A not-for-profit community-based agency that sponsors and promotes
community development activities for youth and adults in Central
Oklahoma. - A CARF accredited Behavioral Health Agency.
- A designated Youth Serving Agency of Oklahoma.

hospitals, and hospices.
WHAT CAN ETI DO FOR YOU?
ETI provides behavioral health counseling and mentoring programs for
adolescents and their families through the Positive Transitions Program.
Community Service, Educational, Recreational, and Cultural activities are provided
to youth involved in the juvenile justice system through the Gang Intervention
Program.
ETI provides workforce development services across Oklahoma City to adults with
disabilities, TANF recipients, persons exiting the Department of Corrections, and
other hard-to-employ adults.
ETI provides Alternative Education services for students residing in Central
Oklahoma.
