Effective Transitions' mission is to provide preeminent educational,
counseling, and employment services throughout the Oklahoma City
metropolitan area.
Philosophy
We believe that every individual deserves an opportunity to succeed. We
are aware that there are situations out of young peoples control and
developmental needs that must be supported. ETI has developed
strategies and programs to help prevent and counteract these issues.
It is ETI's responsibility to integrate our services and philosophy in the
communities and with the clients that we service.
